Tetyra granulata A. Costa, 1847: 36 ; Psacasta conspersa Puton, 1881: 12 (non Germar, 1839); Psacasta marmottani Puton, 1887: 298 ; Psacasta transcarpatica Jakovlev, 1889: 311 .

Distribution in Iran. Ilam ( Samin et al. 2011a), West Azarbaijan (Ghahari et al. 2010a; Sakenin et al. 2010). General distribution. Western Mediterranean basin, North Africa (Canary Archipelago), Near East, Turkey ( Anatolia), Turkmenistan.

Host plants. On Boraginaceae ( Dusoulier & Lupoli 2006) .
