Distribution in Iran. Bushehr ( Hoberlandt 1997), Ilam ( Hoberlandt 1997), Isfahan, Kermanshah ( Safavi 1959; Hoberlandt 1997), Semnan ( Jakovlev 1877; Hoberlandt 1997; Modarres Awal 1997b), Sistan & Baluchestan ( Hoberlandt 1955, 1997; Safavi 1959; Kiritshenko 1966; Modarres Awal 1997b), Tehran ( Hoberlandt 1997; Modarres Awal 1997b), Iran (no locality cited) ( Rider 2006).

General distribution. Endemic to Iran according to Stål 1876; Horváth 1906 and Oshanin 1906, 1912; mentioned also from Israel (doubtfully), Afghanistan and Syria ( Derjanschi & Péricart 2005) and also from Egypt (Sinai) and Yemen by Rider (2006); therefore the general distribution is Arabo-Sindien and Near East.
