Intercostal spaces and rib surfaces sculptured with fine longitudinal striae, crossed by dense growth lines. Section star-like throughout. Apex slightly dorsoventrally depressed, with heavy protruding callus, with U-shaped lumen corresponding to V-shaped notch in ventral side of shell.
