Redescription, female. Body length 4.15 mm. Head with dark green reflection; mesosoma with dark green reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Mandible with four distal teeth, wide, strongly angled, teeth not equally sized. Median clypeal lobe rounded, short; median clypeal carina hardly distinct. Frons coriaceous ; with frontal process; antennal scrobe carinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli very small. Vertex straight. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein not distinguished. Mesotibia spinose; claws trifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv longer than genitalia body; 2vv shorter than 1vv length, smoothly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf curved downward; 2vf slender, angled, and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv not curved, ventral process large, and posterior process short; 2rv not curved.

Redescription, male. Body length 4.35 mm. Head with golden-green reflection; mesosoma with golden-green reflection; wings sub-hyaline. Head wide. Flagellomeres long. Mandible slender, curved, and with four distal teeth different sized. Median clypeal lobe angulate, short, with median tooth at apical margin. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe carinate. Eye small. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle obtuse; ocelli large. Vertex straight. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; without posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc polished; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea opened; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Mesotibia not spinose. Genitalia. Basiparamere as long as paramere; paramere slender and club-shaped, glabrous; basivolsella straight; cuspis with arms very short, dorsal arm wide; aedeagus basal portion angled and slender, apical portion as long as basal portion and slender; apodeme slender.
