Description, male. Body length 3.77 mm. Head with darkish green reflection; mesosoma with darkish blue reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head long. Flagellomeres short, with sparse and short setae. Mandible very narrow, curved, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe angulate, long; median clypeal carina higher than frons level. Frons coriaceous , with anteriorly projection. Antennal scrobe carinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc shorter than wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws trifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. Basiparamere longer than paramere; paramere wide, rounded, and with ventral and dorsal margin convex, sparsely setose; basivolsella with excavation at inner margin; cuspis with arms short, dorsal arm wide; aedeagus with basal portion convex and slender, and apical portion as long as basal and wide.; apodeme slender.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. inconspicuus by having the body with darkish blue reflection and the metapectal-propodeal disc black; the head longer than wide; the antennal flagellomeres short; the frons projected anteriorly; the paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; the metasomal segments sparsely setose; the paramere rounded and shorter than the basiparamere; and the basivolsella with an excavation at the inner margin, whereas A. inconspicuus has the body black; the head wider than long; the antennal flagellomeres long; the frons not projected anteriorly; the paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; the metasomal segments glabrous; the paramere truncate and longer than basiparamere; the paramere; and the basivolsela uniform.
