Description, male. Body length 4.61 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres short, with dense and short setae. Mandible wide, angled, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe rounded, long, with apical medina tooth. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe carinate. Eye small. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle obtuse; ocelli large. Vertex straight. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina absent; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc polished; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea opened; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws trifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. Basiparamere shorter than paramere; paramere wide, rounded, with base slender, and with ventral and dorsal margin straight, sparsely setose; basivolsella with apical excavation at inner margin; cuspis with arms long, with basal projection at inner margin, dorsal arm wide; aedeagus basal portion convex and wide apical portion as long as basal portion, wide and truncate apically; apodeme wide.

Distribution. U.S. A: Arizona.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. grisselli by having the body black; the clypeus wide; the pronotal disc without a transverse pronotal carina; the genitalia with the paramere rounded apically and as long as the basiparamere, and the cuspis with the long arms long, whereas A. grisselli has the body with darkish blue reflection and the metapectal-propodeal disc black; the clypeus with the median lobe angulate and very short; the pronotal disc with a transverse pronotal carina; the genitalia with the paramere wide, angled, and with the ventral margin convex and the dorsal margin sinuous, sparsely setose and longer than the basiparamere, and the cuspis with the long arms short.
