Description, female. Body length 4.34 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings bi-banded; metasoma dark castaneous. Head long. Mandible with four distal teeth, narrow, slightly angled, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe rounded, very short, with apical margin truncate. Frons coriaceous ; with frontal process; antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli very small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea divided; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws bifid. Metasomal segments densely setose. Genitalia. T9 with slender and with dorsal lap swollen posteriorly; 1vv slightly longer than genitalia body; 2vv as long as half of 1vv length, abruptly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf strongly curved forward; 2vf slender and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv not curved, ventral process large, and posterior process long; 2rv not curved.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. analis ( Cresson, 1872) by having the wing bi-banded; the mandible with its distal teeth equally wide; the clypeus with its median lobe rounded, very short, and with the apical margin truncate; the antennal scrobe ecarinate; the ocellar triangle with anterior angle right, and with the ocelli very small; and the mesopleuron with the lower fovea closed and divided, whereas A. analis has the wing subhyaline; the mandible narrow, angled, with four distal teeth, and with the two upper teeth wider than the others; the clypeus median lobe rounded and short; the antennal scrobe carinate; the ocellar triangle with the anterior angle acute, and with ocelli small; and the mesopleuron with the lower fovea closed and not divided.
