Diagnosis. Species recognizable by its unique black brown color with orange mesosoma in female. Description. FEMALE. L: 4.0.
Head. Temples moderately long, curved, head shortened behind eyes. Frons and vertex granulate. Vertex flat with wide obtuse ocellar triangle. Face centrally protruding. Face and clypeus densely punctate-shagreened.
Clypeus transverse (Ci = 1.8), its ventral margin rounded and slightly impressed. Malar space long (MLMi = 1.0). Mandibles stout, long, lower tooth somewhat longer than upper. Lateral ocelli as far from each other as from eye margin (IOi = 1.5; OOi = 1.5). Antenna reaching middle of metasoma, with 30 flagellomeres.
Mesosoma . Pronotum almost smooth with sparse punctuations anteriorly. Mesoscutum and pleurae mat, densely punctate-shagreened. Prescutellar groove deep and longitudinally strigose. Scutellum slightly convex with lateral carinae, its lateral sides slightly concave. Postscutellum transverse, almost rectangular and longitudinally ribbed. Propodeum densely punctate-shagreened, area petiolaris transversally striate. Area basalis pointed, area superomedia pentagonal, about as long as wide, less than half as long as area petiolaris.
Metasoma. Tergites 1–2 and tergite III medially distinctly striate. Postpetiole clearly swollen. Glymma long and rather deep. Ovipositor long (OTi = 1.8), distinctly down curved, tip straight.
Color. Head black except orange temporal orbits yellow frontal orbits. Mesosoma entirely orange brown, legs brown, metasoma and ovipositor black. Wing hyaline, pterostigma light brown.
MALE. L. 3.9 (3.9) (2 specimens). Ocellar triangle wider posteriorly (IOi = 1.8; OOi = 1.3), otherwise similar to female. Color similar to female except mesosoma entirely black.
Etymology. Named for Mimouna Aït Lemkadem.
Distribution records. Madagascar (Toliara and Fianarantsoa provinces).
