Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 3.9 mm. Ferruginous, except petiole black; mesoscutellum brown; mesopleuron, metapleuron and metapectal-propodeal disc darkened. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 16:9:28:34:42:38:30:13:9:10. Head dull, convex, granulate; frontal line complete, reduced to track; occipital carina complete; POL = 3; OL = 2; OOL = 11; OPL = 2; TL = 3. Pronotum setose, crossed by strong transverse impression, granulate; posterior tubercle of pronotum reaching tegula. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum dull, granulate. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.4 × length of mesoscutum. Metapectalpropodeal disc and propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal or transverse keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much longer than proximal part (35:13); 2R1 cell open. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 27:4.5:7:24:33. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 158A View FIGURE 158 ) with two subapical teeth and one row of 35 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 158A View FIGURE 158 ) with two rows of approximately 43 lamellae; apex with approximately six lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Type: ♀ holotype: SOUTH AFRICA: KwaZulu–Natal, Umlalazi Nature Reserve , 1.5 km E of Mtunzini, X. 1978, indigenous forest, R.M. Miller leg. ( PMA) .
