Material examined. Female , “Bracn. 010 ” ( IEBR), N Vietnam: Hai Phong, Cat Ba NP (Is.), forest, sweep, 20°60′50.00″N 107°20′25.50″E, 11.vi.2002, KD Long .

Female ( Fig. 9a ), antenna with 21 flagellomeres; body length 2.2 mm; antenna 2.0 mm; fore wing 2.3 mm; ovipositor sheath 1.3 mm ( Fig. 9a ). Ratio of length of fore wing veins r: 3-SR: SR1 = 4: 8: 23. and 2-SR: 3-SR: r-m = 7: 8: 5 ( Fig. 9e ). Ovipositor 0.9 × metasoma in lateral view, and 0.5 × as long as fore wing.

Distribution. N Vietnam (Hai Phong, Cat Ba NP).
