Material examined. 1 male (holotype), 1 female (paratype), China: Tibet: Motuo, IX.17–18, Coll. Jin Gentao, Wu Jianyi ( MSIE); 2 males, at light, China: Tibet: Muotuo, Beibeng, 2006. VIII. 15– 20, Coll. Liu Chunxiang ( IZAS).
Redescription. Male (holotype). Large-sized. Stridulatory file on underside of left tegmen with about 110 fine teeth ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3. a – f, T g). Tenth abdominal tergum normal, with apical margin truncated ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3. a – f, T i). Cerci cylindrical, slightly curved, apical part enlarged, with an upcurved hook ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3. a – f, T h). Subgenital plate with basal part widest, then gradually narrowed, apical margin with a rather large obtuse triangular notch, as long as one fifth length of subgenital plate; styli slender, as long as two-thirds length of male subgenital plate ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3. a – f, T j).
Female. Tenth abdominal tergum, epiproct, cerci, and ovipositor similar to other congener ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3. a – f, T k). Subgenital plate much triangular, wider than long, with distinct median carina; apical margin wide obtuse ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3. a – f, T l).
Coloration. Green. Compound eyes darkly brown. Apex of female ovipositor dark brown. Measurements (mm). Length of body: male 28.5, female 28.8; length of pronotum: male 6.2, female 6.5; length of tegmen: male 43.5, female 44.0; largest width of tegmen: male 9.0, female 11.5; length of hind wing: male 48.0, female 49.0; length of posterior femur: male 22.0, female 22.0; length of ovipositor 8.5. Distribution. China (Tibet).
