Diagnosis. Frons without medio-longitudinal depression ( Fig. 97 View FIGURES 90–99 ); pronope large ( Fig. 97 View FIGURES 90–99 ); notauli rather wide anteriorly ( Fig. 92 View FIGURES 90–99 ); rim of mesoscutum brownish near tegulae ( Fig. 92 View FIGURES 90–99 ); mesosoma ventrally and posteriorly yellowish brown; propodeum gradually lowered posteriorly ( Fig. 91 View FIGURES 90–99 ); vein 3-SR of fore wing about as long as vein r ( Fig. 90 View FIGURES 90–99 ); vein 1-R1 1.5 × longer than pterostigma (Figs xx); second submarginal cell of fore wing hardly narrowed anteriorly ( Fig. 89 View FIGURE 89 ); legs brownish yellow; basal area of second tergite transverse and striate, medially 0.10–0.15 × as long as wide anteriorly, hardly or not protruding medio-posteriorly ( Fig. 94 View FIGURES 90–99 ); second tergite rather transverse and approx. 1.3 × as long as third tergite ( Fig. 89 View FIGURE 89 ); second metasomal suture widened medially ( Fig. 93 View FIGURES 90–99 ); fourth and fifth tergites superficially sculptured ( Fig. 93 View FIGURES 90–99 ); setose part of ovipositor sheath 0.15–0.20 × as long as fore wing ( Fig. 89 View FIGURE 89 ).
Distribution. Oriental: Malaysia (East Malaysia: Sabah). Collected in lowland forest at c. 140 m.
