5. Tachycines (Tachycines) bilobatus View in CoL sp. nov.

Description. Male. Body medium sized. Vertex of head divided into conical tubercles. Legs elongate and slender; fore femora about 1.6 times as long as the pronotum, ventrally unarmed, internal knee lobe with a small spine, external genicular lobe with 1 elongate movable spur; fore tibiae ventrally with 2 external and 1 internal spur(s). Mid femora with an elongate movable spur on the internal and genicular lobe, ventrally unarmed; mid tibiae beneath with 1 external and 1 internal spur. Hind femora ventrally with 2 inner spines and without outer spines; hind tibiae above with 44–49 outer and inner spines respectively, arrange in groups. Super internal spur of hind tibiae almost at the position of the dorso-apical spine of metatarsus. Hind metatarsus keeled ventrally. Epiphallus of male genitalia with the upper end divided and the lower end notched shallowly ( Figs. 10–12 View FIGURES 10–13 ).

Female. Subgenital plate with hind margin deeply notched ( Fig. 13 View FIGURES 10–13 ). Ovipositor shorter than the half of hind femora.

Coloration. Body brown with light stripes. Face with 2 dark longitudinal stripes. Pronotum with dark steaks. Legs with black annular stripes. Face without dark longitudinal stripes. Fore and mid legs with dark annular stripes, hind femora with distinctly black stripes.

Measurements. (length in mm) Body ♂ 12.0, ♀ 11.0–13.0; pronotum ♂ 6.0, ♀ 5.5–6.0; fore femora ♂ 9.5, ♀ 9.0–10.0; hind femora ♂ 18.5, ♀ 18.5–19.0; ovipositor 6.0–7.0.

Material examined. Holotype, 1♂, Fushoushan national forest park, Hunan, alt. 1079m, 2016. VIII-18-26, collected by Jiang et al. ; paratype, 3♀♀, same data as the holotype .

Distribution. China (Hunan).

Diagnosis. This species is rather similar to T. (T.) baiyunjianensis sp. nov., but differs from the latter in that: epiphallus of male genitalia divided at the upper end ( Figs. 10–12 View FIGURES 10–13 ); female subgenital plate with hind margin notched deeply and narrowly.

Etymology. The specific epithet refers to the subgenital plate of female with hind marginMdivided into 2 lobes.
