DISTRIBUTION. — South China (Guangxi and Hainan) and North Vietnam (Quang Ninh) ( Fig. 5 View FIG ) .
ECOLOGY OR HABITAT. — In primary forest, to 270 m.
CONSERVATION STATUS. — IUCN Global Status: Data Deficient (DD); IUCN Regional (Indochina) Status: Data Deficient (DD).
PHENOLOGY. — Flowering: May to September. Fruiting: February.
DESCRIPTION
Shrub to 3 m tall. Glabrous.
