STEGANA (STEGANINA) ZOPHERIA View in CoL ZHANG & CHEN

( FIGS 4G, H View Figure 4 , 8 View Figure 8 )

Zoobank registration: u r n: l s i d: z o o b a n k. org:act: 97BCE19F-7164-44CF-BB91-DFAE71668EB 8 Holotype: ♂ ( SCAU, No. 122194, BOLD process ID BDORF003–13 ), CHINA: Hutiaoxia , Shangrila, Yu n n a n, 2 7. 2 0 0°N, 1 0 0.0 0 5°E, 2 0 0 0 m a.s. l., 23.viii.2011, fallen log, H. W. Chen GoogleMaps .

Paratype: China: 3♀ ( SCAU, Nos 122195–97), same data as holotype GoogleMaps .

Etymology: The name is derived from the Greek ζοφερος, gloomy, referring to the dark mesoscutum.

Diagnosis: This species resembles S. qinlingensis Chen et al., 2009 in hypandrium having numerous, small, serrated processes on the flaps ( Fig. 8C, D View Figure 8 ), but can be distinguished from the latter species by having the opening of aedeagus nearly rhombic in ventral view ( Fig. 8C View Figure 8 ); the dorsal projection of gonopods rod-like, strongly recurved ventrad ( Fig. 8C, D View Figure 8 ). In S. qinlingensis : opening of aedeagus is narrow, slitlike in ventral view (as fig. 39 in Chen et al., 2009); dorsal projection of gonopods posteriorly protruded (as figs 40, 41 in Chen et al., 2009).

Measurements: BL = 3.00 mm in holotype (3 ♀ paratypes: 3.80–4.00), THL = 1.67 mm (2.00–2.00), WL = 2.53 mm (3.00–3.67), WW = 1.13 mm (1.47–1.47), arb = 11/6 (8–9/6), avd = 0.91 (0.71–0.77), adf = 1.22 (1.40–1.50), flw = 1.11 (1.50–1.67), FW/HW = 0.37 (0.37–0.41), ch/o = 0.09 (0.09–0.12), prorb = 0.95 (0.84–1.00), rcorb = 0.71 (0.60–0.75), vb = 0.28 (0.26– 0.37), dcl = 0.52 (0.52–0.69), presctl = 0.45 (0.46– 0.62), sctl = 1.86 (1.80), sterno = 0.85 (0.80–0.92), orbito = 1.43 (1.43–2.20), dcp = 0.28 (0.25–0.31), sctlp = 1.67 (2.09–2.20), C = 1.97 (1.57–2.28), 4c = 1.20 (1.04–1.40), 4v = 1.95 (1.80–2.04), 5x = 1.28 (1.11– 2.17), ac = 8.00 (8.33–11.67), M = 0.45 (0.40–0.59), C3F = 0.64 (0.62–0.68).
