Hosts.

Associated with Anobiidae ( Coleoptera ).

Distribution.

Austria, Canada, Hungary; recently recorded from Poland ( Wiśniowski and Olbrycht 2021); introduced to Europe from the Nearctic realm (United States of America) ( Peck 1974). New species to Greece.

Comments.

Apart from the characters mentioned in the diagnosis, Steffanolampus is otherwise very similar to Perilampus .
