Solidobalanus socialis ( Hoek, 1883)

Persian Gulf. Utinomi (1969) as Balanus (Solidobalanus) socialis ( Hoek, 1883) from Khark and Siri Islands and Bushehr in Iran ( Fig. 1 ).

Gulf of Oman. Utinomi (1969) as Balanus (Solidobalanus) socialis ( Hoek, 1883) from an unknown locality. General distribution and habitat. Indo-West Pacific, fouling species on various substrata, 0–90 m ( Jones et al. 2000).
