Specimen examined. Holotype: ♂, CHINA, Guizhou Prov., Leishan , 23 IX 2005, coll. Yuehua Song. Para- types: 10♂♂, 11♀♀, CHINA, Guizhou Prov., Leishan, 23 IX 2005, coll. Yuehua Song; 5♂♂, 19♀♀, CHINA, Guizhou Prov., Duyun, 5 IX 2018, coll. Chao Tan.
Measurement. Body length ♂ 3.0~3.1 mm; ♀ 3.1 mm.
Remarks. This species is similar to S. dentata Sohi & Mann 1992 , but can be distinguished by the apex of style not shoe-shaped, but very similar to S. collina Dowrakowska, 1979 ; the dorsal apodeme small, truncated apically; the dorsal margin of aedeagal shaft smooth, without sawteeth; the connective stem vestigial, and the body size smaller.
Etymology. The specific name is derived from the Latin word “ bacillus ”, which refers to the long and slim aedeagal shaft.
