Scymnus (Pullus) simillimus Gordon 2000: 101 .
Diagnosis: Length 1.8 to 1.9 mm; width 1.3 mm. Dorsal color black to dark brown; ventral color black to dark brown, except legs, antennae, mouthparts and last three ventrites yellow to orange. Males with first ventrite unmodified; fifth ventrite emarginate; sixth ventrite emarginate. Penis guide of male genitalia with narrow, elongate apex, apical hook, and lateral alae; parameres long ( Figs. 81, 82 View Figs ).

Material Examined: Four specimens ( FIC) . CAMPECHE: (1♂) Edzná ( FIC) . HIDALGO: (3♂) Huazalingo ( FIC) .
Distribution: South America ( González 2015; Gordon 2000). New record for Mexico.
Biology: In Mexico, this species has been collected in deciduous forest.
