Diagnosis: Length 2.0 to 2.2 mm; width 1.4 to 1.6 mm. Dorsal color black, except head and lateral margins of pronotum yellow to orange; ventral color black, except legs, mouthparts, antennae and last two ventrites yellow to orange. Male first ventrite with small, central, asetose triangular area; fifth ventrite emarginate, depressed; sixth ventrite depressed. Male genitalia with lateral alae almost as long as penis guide ( Fig. 64 View Figs ); parameres narrow, shorter than penis guide ( Fig. 63 View Figs ).
Material Examined: Eight specimens ( FIC) .
Distribution: United States of America and Mexico ( Gordon 1976, 1985). In Mexico, this species has previously been collected in the states of Baja California Norte, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo León, Sonora, Tamaulipas and Veracruz ( Gorham 1897; Rodríguez-Vélez et al. 2016; Ruíz and Coronado 2002).
New Localities: OAXACA: (5♀, 3♀) Oaxaca ( FIC) .
