Distribution. Palaearctic (Dieckman 1983)
Material examined. Crimea: 5m, 7f ( KUMN) Cape Martyan Nature Reserve , CR-12-23, in rotting trunk of Pinus pallasiana, N. Yunakov leg., 27.04.2012 ; 3m, 5f ( KUMN) idem, CR-12-26, 28.04.2012 ; Kyiv Prov.: 1 spec. ( SIZK) Kyiv, Koncha-Zaspa , in pine wood, V. Yu. Nazarenko leg., 11.x.2008 ; Rivne Prov.: 1 spec. ( SIZK) Rivnensky Nature Reserve , Nazarenko leg., 18.vi.2008 .
Biology. Coniferous forests. Adults occur in V–X. In dead wood of Pinus spp., Abies spp., occasionally on deciduous trees ( Folwaczny 1973); in Crimea documented on Pinus pallasiana .
