Distribution. Europe ( Caldara 2013a), introduced to New Zealand ( Brown & Barratt 2015)
Material examined. Literature data only.
Biology. Xerotermic slopes, mountain meadows. Adults occur in I, III–XII. Parthenogenetic in northern parts of Europa. On Plantaginaceae , Primulaceae , Ranunculaceae , Rosaceae ; larva leaf miner of Asteraceae : Taraxacum officinale, Hieraciummurorum , H. pilosella , Mycelis muralis , Lamiaceae : Ajuga reptans , Boraginaceae : Myosotis spp. ( Smreczyński 1972; Dieckmann 1986; Brown & Barratt 2015)
