081721), GZU (000294613), MIN (331295, 475102), NY (35969) and S (F28920, 29372). Description:—See Hiratsuka et al. (1992). Hosts and distribution in Japan:— II, III on Carex lyngbyei Hornem. (Hok, Kyu) ( Sydow & Sydow 1913a, Ito
1950, Hiratsuka 1960, Hiratsuka et al. 1992). Notes:—This species has been reported from China and Russian Far East ( Zhuang et al. 1998, Azbukina 2005).
