Type:—No specimen used for the original description by Ito & Homma (1934) has been found.
Description:—See Hiratsuka et al. (1992).
Hosts and distribution in Japan:— II, III on Carex capillacea Boott var. capillacea (Hok) ( Ito 1950, Hiratsuka et al. 1992).
Notes:—This species has been recorded only from Hokkaido, Japan ( Hiratsuka et al. 1992).
