Type:— Lectotype is selected from specimens in SAPA, used for original description by Ito & Homma
(1938) and designated here; II, III on Carex pilosa Scop. , Japan, Hokkaido, 6 June 1906, M. Miura, SAPA24004 ,
[MBT 10021339]. Description:—See Hiratsuka et al. (1992). Hosts and distribution in Japan:— II, III on Carex pilosa Scop. (Hok) ( Ito 1950, Hiratsuka 1960, Hiratsuka et al.
1992). Notes:—This species has been recorded only in Hokkaido, Japan ( Hiratsuka et al. 1992).
