Type:— Holotype in YAM; II, III on Carex lanceolata Boott , Japan, Hiroshima Prefecture, Takada-gun, Yoshida-cho, 28 May 1960, Y. Morimoto. Description:—See Morimoto (1972) and Hiratsuka et al. (1992). Hosts and distribution:— II, III on Carex lanceolata Boott (Hon) ( Morimoto 1972, Hiratsuka et al. 1992). Notes:—Life cycle of this species has not been determined. This species has been reported from China and Taiwan (Zhuang et al. 1992, Kuo & Chen 1999).
