Range: —Mountains from Costa Rica to Venezuela and Bolivia (CO, LP).
Ecology: —Fairly common; terrestrial in humid forests, rarely among rocks or as a low epiphyte; 1450–3400 m.
Notes: — McHenry & Barrington (2014) included two specimens from Bolivia in their analysis .
