Material. Csurgókút, Toarcian: 9 carapaces.

Dimensions. L: 630–737 µm, H: 538–650 µm, L/H: 1.05–1.23.

Remarks. The strongly reticulate valve surface has many parallel ribs surrounded by three concentrical ribs at the margins. The state of preservation is variable, with more or less corroded specimens.

Csurgókút, Tata, Hungary: Toarcian, Lower Jurassic (present study); Somhegy, Hungary: Bajocian, Middle Jurassic (Monostori 1995, this paper); Horné Srnie, Slovakia: Callovian to Oxfordian, Upper Jurassic (Aubrecht & Kozur 1995); SW-Germany: Oxfordian, Upper Jurassic (Triebel 1941; Kornicker & Sohn 1976); S-Germany: Oxfordian to Kimmeridgian, Upper Jurassic (Schudack & Schudack 2000).
