Siberian taiga species originally described from the basin of the Lena River, eastern vicarial of European Psallus picea Reuter, 1878 . Host plant – spruce Picea obovata . New for China.
Material examined. 4 ♂, 1 ♀, Altai, Kanas Lake, 1370 m (48°42'N; 87°01'E), 1.VII.2011 (N. Vinokurov).
