Diagnosis. Aedeagal median rod basally with 1 pair of slender, apically curved, acute, lobe-like processes, and subapically with 2 pairs of slender, lobe-like processes ( Fig. 32C View FIGURE 32 ).
Description. Frons with small and triangular black above, brown below. Face brown. Mesoscutum, pleura, and scutellum brown, with black patches and pollinose pattern. Male terminalia ( Fig. 32 View FIGURE 32 ): Epandrium pubescent anteroventrally, with ca. 8 setae on posterodorsal portion per side ( Fig. 32A View FIGURE 32 ). Surstylus lacking pubescence on outer surface, with ca. 5 wedge-like prensisetae on apical margin ( Fig. 32B View FIGURE 32 ). Posterolateral lobe of hypandrium undeveloped and lacking pubescence ( Fig. 32C View FIGURE 32 ). Paramere with sparse pubescence subapically; apical process with 1 sensillum and 3 teeth; medial process slender; basal process with 1 sensillum ( Fig. 32D View FIGURE 32 ).
Measurements and indices. BL = 3.67 mm in holotype (range in 5♂ paratypes: 3.40–3.53), ThL = 1.67 mm (1.53–1.70), WL = 3.53 mm (3.40–3.60), WW = 1.27 mm (1.20–1.30), arb = 4/0 (3–4/0), adf = 1.33 (1.10–1.33), flw = 1.44 (1.20–1.33), FW/HW = 0.53 (0.52–0.54), ch/o = 0.10 (0.10–0.11), prorb = 1.05 (1.06–1.18), rcorb = 0.45 (0.44–0.53), orbito = 1.14 (1.29–1.43), vb = 0.59 (0.50–0.56), dcl = 0.54 (0.51–0.61), presctl = 0.49 (0.51–0.56), sctl = 1.14 (0.97–1.11), sterno = 0.87 (0.83–0.92), dcp = 0.28 (0.28–0.29), sctlp = 1.00 (0.80–1.07), C = 2.22 (2.14–2.27), 4v = 2.93 (2.92–3.17), 4c = 1.64 (1.54–1.83), 5x = 0.82 (0.82–1.00), ac = 2.88 (2.44–2.75), M = 0.64 (0.69–0.83), C3F = 0.65 (0.64–0.68).

Distribution. China (Shanxi).
Etymology. A combination of the Greek words: ' archi ' + ' kappa ', referring to this species resembles P. kappa ( Máca, 1977) .
