Distribution: — BOLIVIA: Cochabamba. Wet forested Andean slopes of the Chapare; 1800-1900 m elev. Endemic.

Representative specimens examined: — BOLIVIA. Cochabamba: on ascent from Río Espirito Santo to Locotol, 1550 m elev., 21 January 1996 (fl), J.R.I. Wood 10438 (BOLV, K, LPB, USZ).
