Distribution. Endemic to Carpathians.
Material examined. Zakarpatska Prov.: 2m, 1f ( ZIN) Rakhiv Distr. , Marmarosh, 8 km S of Bogdan, N slope of Petros Mt ., 1600–1700 m, V. Gusarov leg., 19.viii.1994 .
Lectotype, male ( NMW) Saca (hand written),/ hypsibatus (hand written) / coll. Wingelmueller (printed) / TYPUS (red, printed) . Holotype laks left antennal funicle. Paralectotypes 1 m, 1 f ( NMW) labelled as lectotype .
Biology. Alpine zone, in grass litter. Adults occur in VI–VIII. Polyphagous.
