Otacilia wusong Lin & Li , sp. nov. ( Figs 41 View Figure 41 , 45D View Figure 45 , 48A View Figure 48 )
Etymology. The species is named after Wu Song, one of the 108 outlaws in the classical Chinese literature Outlaws of the Marsh; noun in apposition.
Diagnosis. The new species is similar to O. liuxinyei Lin & Li , sp. nov. by the thin embolus with a pointed terminus, the blunt tegular apophysis and the ratio of the length of the tegular apophysis to the width of the tegular apophysis is almost 3:1. However, the new species can be distinguished from the latter by the ratio of the length of the retrolateral tibial apophysis to the dorsal tibial apophysis is almost 1: 1 (vs. 2: 1 in the latter) and the flat terminus of the retrolateral tibial apophysis (vs. terminus sharp in the latter).
Description. Male (holotype). Total length 3.36; carapace 1.64 long, 1.44 wide, opisthosoma 1.72 long, 1.09 wide. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.08, ALE 0.12, PME 0.11, PLE 0.11, AME–AME 0.05, AME–ALE 0.02, PME–PME 0.10, PME–PLE 0.05, AME–PME 0.09, ALE–PLE 0.07. Chelicerae with two promarginal and two retromarginal teeth. Leg measurements: I 7.42 (2.05, 2.72, 1.76, 0.89), II 5.78 (1.58, 2.01, 1.34, 0.85), III 4.57 (1.25, 1.36, 1.14, 0.82), IV 7.18 (1.97, 2.16, 1.86, 1.19). Leg spination: I femur 4pv, 2d, tibia 6pv, 8rv, metatarsus 4-4v; II femur 2pv, 1d, tibia 6pv, 7rv, metatarsus 4pv, 3rv, III femur 1d, IV femur 1d.
Coloration ( Fig. 48A View Figure 48 ). Carapace dark brown, with inconspicuous black pattern. Chelicerae dark brown. Endites and labium brown. Sternum yellow. Legs dark brown. Opisthosoma oval, dorsum dark brown, dorsal scutum covering almost all of opisthosoma, ventrum brown. Spinnerets yellow.
Palp ( Figs 41 View Figure 41 , 45D View Figure 45 ). Femoral apophysis weak, almost three times longer than width of patella, with groove. Patella almost as long as wide. Ventral tibial apophysis absent. Retrolateral tibial apophysis terminus flat, shorter than tibia. Dorsal tibial apophysis as long as retrolateral tibial apophysis, with broad base and small, hooked tip. Cymbium two times longer than wide. Bulb oval. Sperm duct V-shaped. Tegular apophysis semicircular. Embolus needle-like, slightly curved.
Female. Unknown.
Material examined. Holotype ♂ (IZCAS-Ar43964), Vietnam: Vinh Phuc, Tam Dao National Park , Acacia Plantation, Pitfall traps, 1–30 September 2007, Dinh-Sac Pham leg. Paratype. 1♂ (IZCAS-Ar43965), same data as holotype .
