Male genitalia. Pygofer (Fig. 11) with several short rigid microsetae situated on hump at central part of distal half of lobe. Paramere (Figs 12, 14) curved laterally at basal part and slender, tapering apically. Aedeagal shaft (Figs 16–20) with a triangular lateral tooth at base of subapical processes, distal part of process exceeding shaft apex in ventral view, shaft apex rounded in lateral view.
Measurement. Length of male 2.97mm, female 2.98mm.

Remarks. The new species is similar to O. agara Dworakowska , but can be distinguished by the shorter, stouter spine at the base of the subapical processes of the aedeagal shaft, and the rounded (rather than falcate) shaft apex (Figs 16–20) and by the shape of the apical half of the paramere, which is longer and thinner (Figs 12, 14).
Etymology. The new species is named for its type locality “Yunnan”.
