Material examined. CHINA, Sichuan: Mt. Emei, Qingyinge, 800–1000 m, 30.IV.1957, coll. Zhu Fuxing, 1Ƥ (Holotype) ( IZCAS).
Diagnosis. Only the female of this species is known. On wing pattern, O. bilineata is distinctive in that there is a distinct antemedial line on the forewing in addition to the postmedial line. In the female genitalia, the signum is absent.
Distribution. China (Sichuan).
Remarks. O. bilineata might prove to belong to the O. rosea species-group, but this can be determined only when a male is found.
