Type: O. xizangensis Pimenov et Kljuykov

Perennial polycarpic plant with taproot, erect stems. Leaves bi- or tripinnate, basal primary segments with petiolules; terminal segments ovate or lanceolate in outline, slightly- or almost half-dissected, cauline leaves similar to basal ones, with swollen or narrow sheaths. Bracts long, with long narrow petiolule and pinnate blade with narrow entire or lobed segments; umbel rays slightly unequal, few or up to 50 in number; bracteoles narrow, almost filiform, entire or slightly serrated, exceeding dense spherical umbellules, pedicels flattened, petals dark red or grayish white; calyx teeth inconspicuous, carpophore bifid to the base; stylopodia conical, styles recurved. Fruits ovate, mericarps ovate or ovate-lanceolate, slightly dorsally compressed; ribs winged, marginal ribs wider; commissure narrow; secretory ducts 2–4 between ribs, 4–6 at commissural side; endosperm nearly flat at commissural side. Three species.
