TYPE: Holotype Male : Uganda: Budongo forest, swamp forest, canopy, 1.65000°, 31.58333°, July 21, 1995 to July 31, 1995, Wagner T. ( ZFMK PBI _OON 33841)

ETYMOLOGY: The species name refers to the small modified setae on the labium of the male.

DIAGNOSIS: Males and females of O. microfoliata have pale spots on the labium ( Figs. 509, 515) and the sternum mottled with dark spots forming an irregular wide band along the margin. Males are further recognized by the small prolateral swelling at the base of tibia I ( Fig. 511) and the reniform palpal tibia ( Fig. 516). Females have genitalia with AUS tube shaped as in O. clavigera ,from which the females cannot be separated (see note in O. clavigera ).

MALE (PBI_OON_0033841). Total length 1.02. CEPHALOTHORAX: Carapace ( Figs. 508, 510, 512) pale orange, broadly oval in dorsal view (CW/CL ≈ 0.81), pars cephalica strongly elevated in lateral view, anteriorly narrowed to between 0.5 and 0.75 times its maximum width. Clypeus vertical in lateral view. Eyes ALE-PME touching, PME circular; PLE-PME almost touching. Sternum ( Fig. 509) as long as wide, pale orange, anterior margin unmodified, posterior margin extending posteriorly beyond anterior edges of coxae IV as single extension, anterior part swollen; margin mottled with dark spots forming irregular wide band; setae abundant, light, evenly scattered. Mouthparts ( Fig. 522, 523): Chelicerae, endites and labium yellow. Chelicerae straight, fang straight; retromargin without teeth. Labium triangular, anterior margin indented at middle, sub distal region with guttershaped depression, same as sternum in sclerotization; with 6 or more setae on anterior margin, subdistal region provided anteriorly with group of five needle like setae, medilally with one pair of thin symmetric flattened setae in the centre, followed posteriorly by one pair of thin asymmetric flattened setae, positioned in a slightly oblique longitudinal row. Endites serrula absent, anteromedian tip unmodified, same as sternum in sclerotization. ABDO- MEN: ovoid; dorsum soft portions pale orange. LEGS: yellow; patella plus tibia I near as long as carapace (TL/CL ≈ 1,05), proximal part of tibia I slightly enlarged prolaterally ( Figs. 511, 524) with dorsal part slightly depressed and provided with oblique, longitudinal row of grouped pores visible with SEM ( Figs. 525, 526). Tarsus I superior claws ( Fig. 527) with eight teeth on lateral surface of proclaw, eight teeth on lateral surface of retroclaw. Tibia IV with three trichobothria, metarsus with one ( Fig. 528). Tarsal organ pear-shaped. GENITALIA: Palp (( Figs. 516– 518) patella attached to tibia sub-basally; tibia between two and three times as wide as femur; cymbium yellow, without distal patch of setae; bulb yellow, 1 to 1.5 times as long as cymbium, stout, tapering apically; embolus dark, slender, needle-shaped, as long as bulbus, at about right angle with axis of bulbus.

FEMALE (PBI_OON_0033865). As in male except as noted. Total length 1.20. CEPHALOTHORAX ( Figs. 513, 514): Carapace ( Figs. 513, 514) broadly oval in dorsal view (CW/CL ≈ 0.78). Clypeus sloping forward in lateral view. Sternum ( Fig. 515) as in male. Mouthparts: Endites serrula present in single row. ABDOMEN: without long posterior extension, rounded posteriorly. Pedicel tube short, scutum absent, but abdomen extending anteriad of pedicel. GENITALIA: Ventral view ( Fig. 519): with straight tubular structure (AUS), visible through cuticle; darker anteriorly. Lateral view ( Fig. 520) AUS clearly folded back over almost half its length; anterior quarter medially with small, faintly sclerotized transverse band (Pr). Dorsal view ( Fig. 521), lateral extensions distally strongly widened and provided with a deep indentation; AUS tubular, folded over to form dorsal and ventral parts, ventral part with short transverse lateral protrusions at 3/4 AUS length; in lateral view, dorsal and ventral parts separated in anterior half, converge posteriorly; ARe not visible in our preparations but probably fused with AUS anteriorly; posterior receptaculum absent.

DISTRIBUTION: Known only from the type locality in Uganda and the Kivu province in eastern DR Congo ( Fig. 607) .
