Description. Coloration typical, females similar to males or brown ( Figs. 33–35 View FIGURES 33 – 58 ).
Penis of typical shape, with ventral margin convex in side view (Figs. 128–129). Bifurcated part of lower appendage of dorsal connective very wide, upper branch short, sometimes almost reduced, lower branch long, strongly curved upwards and forward, ends of both branches finely serrated (Figs. 129–130). Style strongly expanded in apical third, with broad angulate tip (Fig. 131).
Body length (including tegmina): ♂, 3.9–4.1 mm; ♀, 4.0– 4.2 mm.
Differs from all known species by shape of lower appendage of dorsal connective. Somewhat similar to O. tadzhica Korolevskaja, 1968 , but differs by wider branches of appendage of dorsal connective, stronger curved lower branch, and shape of penis in caudal view.
Host. Betula tianschanica ; in Sary-Chelek Biosphere Nature Reserve (Chatkal Mtn. Range, West Tien Shan) was also found on cultivated B. alba .
Distribution. Mountains of Kazakhstan and Central Asia: Tien Shan, Hissar-Darvaz and Pamir-Alai Mtn. Systems.
