Description. Body pale brown.

Male genitalia. Aedeagus shaft short and broad, without process, dorsal margin sinuate in lateral view, ventral margin slightly concave at midlength; tapering to acute apex, distinctly slender over apical part ( Fig. 1 L).

Measurement. Length (including tegmen). Male: 2.7–3.3mm; Female: 2.8–3.3mm.

Remarks. This species has the dorsal margin of the aedeagal shaft sinuate in lateral view and more slender in its apical part compared to N. erythrophala and N. concavipenis ( Fig. 1 H, K, L). This species is recorded for the first time from China. See also checklist remarks.
