Type locality. Murshidabad, West Bengal, India
Description. Gamonts are elongated and curved at the anterior and gradually tapering towards the posterior end. Gamont measures 265.0 − 346.0 (310.0±2.6) µm × 46.0 − 64.3 (52.0±3.1) µm. Nucleus rounded to ovoid measuring 12.3 − 20.5 (19.4±1.7) µm × 11.4 − 18.7 (16.3±1.8) µm. Gametocysts are unique shaped with two equal sized gametocytes and measuring 74.0 − 98.3 (82.0±1.9) µm × 56.0 − 82.0 (72.5±2.7) µm. Oocysts are Biconical, measuring 9.7 − 15.3 (12.3±3.1) µm × 6.8 − 10.3 (9.4±1.1) µm.
