Holotype. The only available specimen is lost ( Zilch 1934: 253)
Shell measurements and ratios. SL: 4.5 mm, MD: 1.6 mm.
Discussion. Boettger (1906: 17) described this species as the smallest columbellid of the Paratethyan Miocene. It is characterised by flat spire whorls, which are rapidly increasing in height, and a relatively high aperture.According to Boettger (1906) its colour pattern consists of two spiral rows of white dots close below the suture and along the basal angulation and three additional spiral rows of dots on the base.
Palaeoenvironment. Unknown.
Distribution in Central Paratethys. Badenian (middle Miocene): Făget Basin: Coşteiu de Sus ( Romania) ( Boettger 1906).
