Material examined. China. 4♂, Liaoning, Jinzhou , June 1973, coll. Bin Liu ; 2♀, Inner Mongolia, Fengzhen , 7 July 1980, coll. Dingxi Liao ; 5♀ 6♂, Beijing, Nankou , 11 June 1977, ex. pupae of Tortricidae , coll. Dingxi Liao ; 2♀ 2♂, Hebei, Zhangbei, Muchangkeyansuo , coll. Junrong Dai ; 1♂, Shanxi, Shuoxian , June 1983, coll. Yuzhi Niu ; 2♂, Shanxi, Taigu, Beiliangshan ; 1♂, Qinghai, Huzhu , 7 June 1997, coll. Chaodong Zhu.
Biology. This species is a gregarious pupal parasite of tortricids ( Lepidoptera ) on coniferous trees, such as Archippus pulchra Butler , A. similes Butler , Choristoneura diversana Hübner and Lozotaenia coniferana (Issiki) on trees of Abies , Picea and Pinus ( Kamijo, 1982) . There are new host records from China. Leuoma candida Staudinger (Lymantriidae) , Choristoneura longicellana Walsingham (Tortricidae) , Pandemis heparana Deni & Schiffermuller (Tortricidae) and Grapholitha inopinata Heinrich (Tortricidae) .
Distribution. China (Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Beijing, Hebei, Shanxi, Qinghai); Palearctic Region( Noyes, 2014).
