M. basalis species group

Diagnosis. Dorsal part of metapleural suture around horizontal groove foveolate ( Fig. 2 ); rarely completely foveolate ( Fig. 17 ). Base of syntergite with long median groove ( Fig. 12 ); ovipositor sheath without long hairs ventrally ( Fig. 4 ).
