Conservation status: Good condition; genitalia and abdomen glued on transparent card under specimen. Paratype: 1 ♀. Bugaba, 800–1500 ft., Champion; B. C. A. Coll. III (1), Pyrophorus fulgidus Ger. ; BM; [on red] Lygelater succirous parátipo, C. Costa det. 1979; ♀.
