Material examined: Indjassen (P.N. Lagoas da Cufada) (11º 41´35.62´´ N, 15º 00´03.62´´ W, 23 m alt.) ( QUN), 16.VII.2009, 1 male, LT, A. Serrano leg., ASC.
Remarks: The species has a scattered distribution throughout western, central, and southern Africa ( Serrano 2009a; Lorenz 2021). The adult specimens of Coli (Quebo) identified as L. trimaculatus , after a new careful analysis, was revealed to belong to a new species of the genus Dontolobus Basilewsky, 1970 (see D. bivari n. sp.). The adult specimen was captured by LT within a semi-humid forest at the beginning of the wet season ( Table 1 View TABLE 1 ). It is a new species record for QUN Administrative Region, Guinea-Bissau.
