Lichtwardtia fractinervis (Parent, 1929) (in part): Grichanov, 1998: 233, 225, Fig. 9 View Figs 1–10 .

NOTES. Males collected from the Cunene River were associated with L. fractinervis by
Grichanov (1998) who noted variability of the material studied. Nevertheless, the latest descriptions of new species (Grichanov, 2004; Tang et al., 2018; this paper) clearly testify that the Figure 9 View Figs 1–10 (Grichanov, 1998) does not correspond with the species concept of L. fractinervis proposed by Parent (1937) and figured by Grichanov (1998: Figs 1 View Figs 1–10 , 11 View Figs 11–20 ). So, I consider those males as belonging to a new species to be described later. It is apparently a sibling species with L. fractinervis , differing reliably from the latter in only hypopygial structures.
