This genus occurring in Colombia and Ecuador is now recorded for Peru and contains 7 species. Characteristics contained by the transferred species that allowed generic assignment are the following: large, smooth and somewhat elongated head; similar morphology of teminalia, especially tergum X of the female declined and projected posteriorly.
