Endemic

[ Holotype: LACM; ♀ trail La Burrera – La Laguna, 850 mts elev., Sierra de La Laguna , Baja California Sur, Mexico; August 28, 1977]

Lasioglossum bajaense View in CoL was only known from three females collected in the Cape Mountains at Sierra La Laguna ( McGinley 1986). During this project we examined two females collected in the Cape Mountains at Sierra Laguna, La Laguna 17 air mi. ENE Todos Santos in December 12–18, 1979 (EMEC), possibly collected in the same expedition as those cited by McGinley (1986). See fig. 183.
