Summary
This present communication reports a total number of 95 species of Cerambycids beetles belonging to 3 sub families under 32 tribes spread over 64 genera from the Indian state of Assam. Among these three reported subfamilies from Assam, subfamily Lamiinae includes the highest number of species (49 species, 52%), subfamily Cerambycinae and Prioninae are holding the next positions 38 species (40%) and 8 species (8%) respectively. This is the first consolidated list of cerambycid beetles along with their current scientific names, distributions from the state of Assam.
