Description. Adult ( Figs. 1 View FIGURES 1 – 6 a, b). Length of forewing 10–11 mm in male, 15–16 mm in female. Frons and vertex pure white; labial palpi fuscous gray, upturned not extending beyond frons; antennae, with fuscous cilia. Patagia pure white with gray band. Tegulae pure white, with transversal red band. Forewing ground pure white; subbasal and antemedial lines red; rhomboid antemedial spot red; medial line waved, shortly forked at costa, with hair fringe at costa; postmedian line red, finished in middle part, from middle lead to one spot and short band to costa; subterminal series of red three spots; terminal series of red-yellow small spots; fringe white-yellow. Hindwing pure white, with pale brown antemedial and subterminal lines in both sexes; one dark discoidal spot in both sexes; fringe white-yellow. Abdomen slender, dark, covered with white scales.
Male genitalia ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 7 – 11 ). Uncus arrowhead-shaped, with weakly setose and small spine at top, 0.5 times shorter than tegumen; valvae elongated, stout, apex rounded, with short and small angular process below apex; costa of valva weakly sclerotized, with strongly concave basal area; saccular process short, with rounded apex; juxta Xshaped; aedeagus stout, weakly sclerotized in distal part; vesica with one group of short spines and one group of stout spines, which almost same length with previously mentioned short spines and with weakly scobinated area.
Female genitalia ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 12 – 15 ). Apophyses posteriores and anteriores slender, same length; ductus bursae weakly sclerotized, stout, funnel-shaped; corpus bursae lamp-shaped, ringed by strongly sclerotized spines in cervix of bursae and a large coffee-bean shaped signum in center of bursae.
